... TERMS OF SERVICE ...
1. GENERAL
a. By commissioning me, you agree to be of legal age (18 years or older) or have parental/guardian's consent.b. All communication will be conducted on X (Twitter) via for tracking and clarity.c. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, including subject matter that I am uncomfortable with.
2. PAYMENT
a. A deposit or a half payment is required before I begin working.b. Prices are listed in $USD and are subject to change based on complexity, client requests, or other factors.c. Payment is accepted via PayPal, Venmo or CashApp. All commissions will be charged a 2% fee on top of the total commission.d. Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if I cannot complete the artwork due to personal reasons. If you request a refund before I begin to work, you may get your money back.
3. PROCESS AND REVISIONS
I will provide regular updates throughout the commission process. Communication with you is important to me!You, the client, are entitled to a certain number of revisions based on the commission tier:- Sketch Phase: Unlimited minor revisions.

---(e.g., line thickness, more detail in certain spots, adjustment to lines on face or hair)- Final Phase: 1 minor revision
---(e.g., color adjustments, small details).Major and complex changes after approval of initial stages (e.g., redoing a pose, outfit) will incur additional fees.
4. COPYRIGHT & PROHIBITED USES
a. I retain full copyright of the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it on my portfolio, social media, or websites, unless a private commission fee is paid.
---(15% of commission price)b. The Client may use the artwork for personal use only (e.g., icons, wallpapers, printing for personal use, etc.) unless commercial rights are purchased.
---(Adoptables are the exception as they come with a commercial rights fee.)c. The client may not alter, trace, or claim the artwork as their own.d. The client may not use the commissioned artwork for any form of hate speech, violence, offensive content, or illegal activities.e. AI art training, NFT creation, and blockchain-related activities using my artwork are strictly prohibited. You may not train AI using my artwork.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal information shared for commission purposes (such as names, emails, payment details) will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
6. CANCELLATION
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any stage if the Client is rude, uncooperative, or makes unreasonable demands. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided depending on the work completed.
7. DISPUTES
a. Any disputes must be communicated directly to me, and I will make reasonable efforts to resolve them. Again, communication is extremely important to me!b. By commissioning me, you agree that all disputes will be handled privately and not publicly.
